• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Includes tracking and insurance.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment. Includes basic tracking.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather events, customs delays, or holiday seasons.

Title and Risk of Loss:

Title to physical products passes to you upon delivery. The risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt for most items
• Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:
  • Flowering Bulb Gardens & Live Plants (e.g., Amaryllis)
  • All seeds (Flower Seeds, Fruit Seeds, Herb Seeds)
  • Opened or used products (fertilizers, plant controls, etc.)
  • Clearance or final sale items
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error

For items that arrive dead or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for replacement or refund.
