Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. Our goal is to process your request quickly so you can get back to nurturing your garden joy.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To ensure your return or exchange is handled smoothly, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the unused, unopened, or defective item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order number. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Refund Timelines and Methods
Your happiness is our priority. We will process refunds promptly:
- Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving and approving your returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items due to their nature:
- Flowering Bulb Gardens & Live Plants (e.g., Amaryllis): These are living products whose condition can be affected by transit and environment after they leave our care.
- Seeds (Flower Seeds, Fruit Seeds, Herb Seeds): Due to their biological nature and susceptibility to storage conditions after shipment, all seed sales are final.
- Opened or Used Products: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any fertilizers, plant controls, or opened packages of any kind.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: These items are marked as such at purchase and are not eligible for return or exchange.
๐ก Note: If you receive a plant, bulb, or seeds that are dead on arrival (DOA) or damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
