How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard Shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 10-15 business days after shipment ($12.95). Free Shipping via EMS (for orders over $50) takes 15-25 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or holidays.
Do you ship to my country?
We deliver globally to plant lovers worldwide! However, we currently cannot ship to most Asian countries and some remote areas due to logistical constraints. Contact us at [email protected] if you’re unsure about your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey from our warehouse in Savannah, GA, right to your doorstep!
